Location is well.It is situated in safety area of Sao Paulo.

It was introduced as 4 star hotel on Booked.net. Unfortunately,it is just apart hotel and was not comfortable. I've stayed 5 or 6 nights and didn't enjoyed it. internet connection was very bad and breakfast was very poor. Rooms are small and bathroom was very old type. you need to climb to enter the bath.

Clean, good service, excellent value.

The gym is not good. It needs more exercise machines (especially an Elliptical running machine), a steambath, and a better sauna.

The location is perfect, with plenty of shops and a mall nearby. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, including a well-equipped fitness center, indoor swimming pool, and a luxurious spa lounge. The staff provided excellent service and made us feel right at home. The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed, from air conditioning to free Wi-Fi. We especially enjoyed the balcony and sitting area, which offered a lovely view of the surrounding area.

We highly recommend this place to all!

The Wi-Fi signal was unreliable and made it difficult to work from the hotel's lobby or restaurant. Additionally, the staff's communication skills in English were not the best, which made asking for assistance challenging at times. However, overall, my experience at this hotel was pleasant and served its purpose for my business trip needs.

The breakfast selection was satisfactory and the gym was convenient. the hotel's location was easily accessible to public transportation and local restaurants. Enjoyed the view from the room and the proximity to popular tourist destinations.

The room appeared old and the furniture was outdated and uncomfortable. the bathroom needed maintenance and the shower had low water pressure.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent. Being located in a residential neighborhood, I was able to find a quiet and peaceful environment while still having easy access to transportation and a shopping mall. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from.

We stayed in a hotel that is very close to many shops including the mall. It's walking distance to the bakery, bars, restaurants, and pharmacy. the hotel is located in a very residential neighborhood, making it quite peaceful. it's quite noisy during the day because of the traffic.

The room and bathroom are outdated. the furniture looked old and dirty, and the pillows were too thin and uncomfortable.
